Refund Policy

All Sales Final

Namii is a monthly subscription service. All payments are non-refundable. When you subscribe, you are charged for the upcoming billing period, and that charge is final.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time in a billing period.

Payment Processing

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. In certain cases, Paddle may apply its own buyer-protection policies independently of this policy.
