2. The Service

Namii provides B2B sales outreach automation software, including lead sourcing, AI-assisted email writing, email sending, and reply management. Namii is a tool that assists your sales process; a human user remains responsible for reviewing and managing all communications and outcomes.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Namii is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's buyer terms in addition to these terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Namii only for lawful outreach in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR). You are responsible for the content of messages sent through the service and for obtaining any required consent from recipients. You may not use Namii to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Please see our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer

Namii is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, reply rates, or meetings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
